BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment of the booking invoice confirms your booking for The Mad Food Science Program on the date noted on the invoice, and confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions. If you are paying an initial booking deposit, it will be credited towards your full workshop invoice.
We are aiming for the biggest impact and best chance of long-term change, so our chosen way of working is to run the workshop for ALL students in a school. As such, the final invoice will be charged on the full number of students enrolled in the school, not the number of students who either elect to attend, or who have paid for their attendance.
Payment of the full balance of the workshop invoice must be received in our bank account by 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.
The workshop fee includes:
- The full workshop for ALL students (or subset, as agreed)
- Complimentary Parent Seminar for ALL parents with students at the school
- 20 weeks of 1-page A4 newsletter health tips
- 8 weeks of social-media copy & paste messages
In the event of cancellation initiated by the school, a non-refundable amount of $500 is charged as a booking/administration fee.
In the unlikely event The Root Cause are unable to deliver the workshop on the booked date, we will do our best to re-book another date. If we are unable to re-book your workshop, we will refund ALL money, including the deposit.
